1、University Degree/Diploma in Sales or Marketing and/or Hospitality or Tourism Management 2、Strong follow-up/project management skills 3、Excellent Analytical Skills 4、Good understanding of selling techniques and marketing approaches 5、Well developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE 6、 Comprehensive knowledge of Fidelio/OPERA Property Management Systems 7、Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements 8、 Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales/Associate Director of Sales or 4 years as Sales Manager in a luxury international brand hotel 9、Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels 10、Essential prerequisite is experience in the Travel and Hotel industry 11、Preferable prerequisite is experience in Hyatt International
